I have a 2005 13 footer with a frosted, crank operated, side window that vents the cooking area. The 20 year old window seal is allowing rainwater to enter the trailer. I can fix that, but, if the rainwater is kept to the outside of the seal, where does it escape? I can see no drip holes along the lower framework of the window flange (see pic). The yellow arrow is where I think the water should run, but the outer bottom of the window is caulked, and I assume buytl sealed. If there isn’t a drain, I would anticipate the water accumulation to rise until it overflows the seal, and escapes into the trailer. Any ideas?
The second pic shows that window’s operator mechanism. The arrows point to two plastic rollers that have reached their life’s end. The vintage shops on line don’t offer replacement operators of this type, and the pins upon which the rollers spin are non removable. Any solutions? It’s got me puzzled.
