Reflectix?

Any one know what Scamp is using for insulation?? I have always heard Reflectix, but one new buyer has been told by Scamp, that Scamp uses something else. There are others making a Reflectix like product, Any one know for sure??

Ours is 2004 and it is

Ours is 2004 and it is Reflectix between the shell and the Marine Headliner, aka Rat Fur. Others might know if something else was used in the early years.

Here's a guess...

I don't know, but here's a guess -- something like this: https://www.insulationmarketplace.com/product/smartshield-5w-white-refle...

The lower of the two R-values in the specs is 15.67 for 5mm thickness.  Fiberglass and marine headliner would add to that.  They make 3mm and 10mm as well.

Here's another similar product called Prodex that's 5mm thick with >R15.  It looks similar to what's in the pic in the first post.  The stuff with a good R values has a closed cell foam in the middle instead of bubble wrap.  One of these is probably what I'll use for a pole barn upgrade.
