here in California, trailers are classified by length. Under 16’, they are licensed with a PTI sticker, which is almost free($10 for a few years)
over 16’ and its well over 100 each year.
im looking to find the EXACT length of. A 16’ scamp, coupler to back of trailer- not bumper.
does anyone know?
