Just got back from New Mexico our Maxxfan fan had issues it would keep turning on and control panel stopped working, the remote would work but after 5 minutes it would turn its self back on so we had to pull the fuse. Called Maxxfan service department and they are sending me a new circuit panel at no charge. Hope this works.

Maxxfan issues !
Duane, Is the "control panel" the handheld controls for the fan? It sounds like the fan is behaving like it is on temperature control and keeps turning back on to cool it down to the set temp. When you find out what's up would you share it with all of us?

Service person said it was the fan not the remote. I had auto off and moved the set point up to 95 but still came on thermostat read 75. Will updae when i get the new part in might be a week or two.
