I love the idea of the Scamp 5th wheel. My question is the size of the front bed in the Scamp 5th wheel deluxe. I'm 6'1" & 275 (on a good day), my wife is.....................I better not say. Let me just say............... Well, you get the idea. So could someone tell me about the front bed in the Deluxe? Thanks I really appreciate it.

Front Bed in 19' Deluxe
We have a 2011 Scamp 19' Deluxe Layout A . My better half and I are 5' 10" and find the "queen" loft bed of our 19' not long enough for two of us to sleep comfortably up there. Usually I sleep up there, and my wife sleeps on the dinette made up. Even with only one of us sleeping up there, sleeping diagonally is most comfortable. I believe Layout B might allow two to sleep more comfortably since you would sleep with your heads above the hitch and feet could hang over the edge of the mattress (you'd be perpendicular to the dinette bunk).
We had a 1988 Deluxe. We ended up selling it and buying a new 13 Std. with a big bed. I much prefer the BIG BED. Oh, and I don't miss the climb.
