Is it true that Scamp has deleted the large roof vent ? So one would need to buy the 3 way fan if they don't get the air conditioner for their cooling & ventilation?

Large roof vent deleted, need 3 way fan?
You need to call Scamp. Some have deleted the escape hatches on new builds and only gone with the Fantastic Fans instead. The escape hatch takes up a lot of real estate on the roof if you want to go with solar and want a TV antenna on top. I highly recommend the Fantastic or Maxx Air fans even with an AC. They are a lot quieter than an AC and take out cooking fumes. They also keeps the mosquitoes off of you if you get one in the trailer at night.

I'm gonna take partial credit for the move from that "escape" hatch. Having those was a deal breaker for me when I ordered my 19 and Micha said "no problem". I shipped them 2 MaxxFans before the build and David put them in. He also installed other parts I shipped; 30" scissor jacks, exterior storage hatch access door, and the exterior shower. Quite an accommodating company.
