Using strap steel and threaded rod from Lowes I designed a "no tools" required propane switch system.
Can supply material specifications if interested.

Propane Tank easy switch, no tools required.
At this point I would be happy with photos larger than a thumbnail ; )
Just needed to select Original Size on the drop down for each one before inserting and Voila!
The strap setup looks Great!
