Bottom bunk size on 13ft standard layout 1?

Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the bottom bunk on a 13 foot standard scamp with layout 1? Does anyone know of modifications that can make it just a little bigger so an adult can sleep on the bottom bunk?

It looks like winter will finally come to Wisconsin tomorrow. I plan to cocoon in my house and place an order for my Scamp.

Stay warm...

Lower Bunk area

The easiest thing to do if the top bunk is not being used is to remove the lower cushions. Then detach the upper bunk and use it for your lower cushion. The upper bunk is the same size as both lower cushions and is better to sleep on. With the seat back removed you get 4"-6" more sleeping surface. Several single people I know sleep up front in a S-13 and leave the rear table up. If you don't have a screen door wall you can make an extension for the lower front bunk but it is more involved. (73F outside at 9 P.M. here in Fl. and the house A/C is running.)
