This is a standard layout with bunk beds in the front. Has A/C, 12' awning, MaxFan, fridge, front cabinets, propane furnace, toilet and shower, TV cable-ready in Eugene Oregon. 

Although we chose to use just the lower bunk, all parts and hardware are included to use both bunks, if desired. For now I added a shelf above the lower bunk for storage.
